A versatile suspension system for luminaries.

Lately, luminaries are often suspended at different heights in, for example,a truss or draw. The difference in height gives the overall

light picture more dynamism. Both separate luminaries and moving heads can easily be suspended with the Admiral Low hanger.

Variable heights

The Admiral Low hanger is the ideal solution to suspend

luminaries at different heights, varying from 100 to 470 cm,

in a fast and easy way. This large range makes the Low hanger suitable for any ambience to be lighted, from “low” marquees to “high” theater draws.

Easy and flexible suspension

The Admiral Low hanger consists of two interlocking tubes. A luminaire can easily be attached to the inner tube and behooked, after which the weight is directly shifted to the outer tube. In this way the light operator, after having attached the luminaire, immediately has both hands free to lock the tubes. It is even possible to hook several luminaries, thanks to the extra fitting holes, having a distance of 20 cm between each other.

Safe and handy

Each tube can be provided with safety cables, securing both the Low hanger and the luminaries to avoid them falling down. It is also possible to guide the cables (supply and DMX) in the tube. In that case there are no cables along the outside, which will greatly benefit both the safety and the optical image.

Adapter

To mount moving heads directly to the Low hanger,a T-fitting is available. This T-fitting is also provided with a fast-hooking system and is secured to the low hanger with two sets of bolts for extra security.

2 types of Low hangers

• Type S90 from 100 to 160 cm

• Type M170 from 180 to 320 cm (up to 470 cm)

The suspension height of 470 cm can be reached by simply adding a supplementary outer tube.

The suspension height can be chosen in steps of 20 cm. (*)

(*)If you would like to use the distance up to 470 cm, a supplementary outer tube can be coupled to your set. Please note that in such a case, the first distance is 30 cm instead of 20 cm.
